Your client's campaign year in one link

The problem

Between November and December, agencies and marketing teams lock next year's campaign calendar. Then it becomes a PDF, a screenshot or a spreadsheet, and the first date that changes leaves the file out of date.

In Doze52, each client's year lives in its own context, with the whole year on one page.

Build it backwards

Every campaign starts from a retail date. Everything else is drawn from it.

  1. The retail date

Mark the date the campaign is for. In the example, Mother's Day in Brazil, Sunday, May 9, 2027.

  2. The campaign on air

The campaign becomes a date range that runs up to the day: April 19 to May 9.

  3. Shoot and edit

Before it, the shoot (April 5 and 6) and the edit (April 7 to 14), in a Production category.

  4. The approval

The approval sits on the day everything has to be ready: April 15.

  5. The whole year

The same pattern repeats for Easter, Valentine's Day in Brazil (June 12), Father's Day (August 8), Black Friday (November 26) and Christmas.

The team edits together

In Edit context, under People, you invite the team by email with Can edit. Each person sees the context inside their own calendar and can create and change campaigns and dates. Up to 10 people per context.

The client only views, no account needed

In the same place, Create link generates a read-only public link. The client opens it on the phone, without creating an account, and sees the year as a list by month, with categories to filter.

A date changed? The link always shows the current version. If needed, you generate a new link or turn the old one off.

Context sharing and the public link are Doze52 Pro features; the people you share with don't need to pay. The Aurora client and the campaigns in the video are an example.
